As an IEPA, you will deliver end point assessments for the Level 2 Community Activator Coach standard, using the NCFE EPA platform to record and interact with apprentices.
You will attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency, and communicate with apprentices, ITPs, and employers on EPA and grading.
Requirements include a recognized Assessor qualification, 5 years of occupational experience in sports coaching, and a valid clean driving licence for F2F assessments.
Delivering End Point Assessment (EPA) in line with the Employability Practitioner standard using NCFE's EPA platform.
Communicating with apprentices, ITPs, and employers on EPA and grading, and attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
Utilising a recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) and recent Employability Practitioner experience at Level 6 within the last three years.
