Product Manager

In this role, you'll lead the charge on Passport's compliance products —a key area of growth for us. This is a new role that sits at the intersection of logistics, product, and operations, and will drive measurable impact by reducing customs holds, speeding up transit times, and lowering the operational lift required to support compliance. Think of this as a central node across multiple teams: you’ll work closely with engineering, compliance, global trade, and operations to ensure our compliance offerings are reliable, efficient, and evolving with our clients' needs. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in technical environments, loves making complex systems hum, and is comfortable context-switching between customer conversations and deep product problem-solving.
