Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Flywheel, you'll help define end-to-end user experiences, from researching the problem space to shaping the innovative UI design that brings our best-in-class biomedical research platform to life! You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to tackle complex, data-heavy customer workflows and craft them into intuitive, accessible interfaces for our customers around the globe. You'll lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing on multiple teams across Flywheel. You'll also conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points and translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging design solutions.
