Senior Software Engineer MongoDB (Go)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a globally distributed team to design and implement new products and tools around MongoDB. You will participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software. You will work closely with product managers, QA teams, and community contributors to shape Percona’s tools roadmap and prioritize features. You will build robust and resilient database solutions focusing on ensuring data integrity, fault tolerance, and high availability across distributed systems. You will serve as a mentor to junior developers. At Percona, planning is a collaborative effort, involving the team, Product, and customer insights. Fridays are designated no-meeting days, providing dedicated time for deep work, tackling challenging issues, or exploring new technologies.
