Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will lead the production, editing, and instructional design of eLearning courses against regular deadlines. This person will work collaboratively with Product Managers and SMEs to design, develop, and maintain training content for Level Access’ customers. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating new and existing learning solutions. It also includes implementing feedback on materials and improvements to courses. The Instructional Designer will also identify and develop learning solutions that best meet the clients’ needs and export and test projects as SCORM packages.
