e-Learning Content Development Consultant

Seeking a remote e-Learning Content Development Consultant for a contract through the end of December 2025 with the State of Maine Office of Technology. This system provides a single source for all training and education for all employees and external partners. MaineIT seeks to create documentation and content for its processes and procedures that will be made available to all MaineIT staff and will offer this service to other State agencies as they are brought into the system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a team player. They will have LMS experience managing administration tasks, generating reports, and be effective as a liaison between the content team and various departments and agencies. They will also be expected to provide input into the analysis and delivery of various e-Learning modules which includes all phases of delivery from intake, analysis, development, QA (validating operational success), and implementation.
