Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend integrations.
- Build and manage Python-based AWS Lambda functions for serverless workflows.
- Configure and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, routing logic, and queue behavior.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in AWS cloud development and serverless architectures.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, especially AWS Lambda development.
- Experience with Amazon Connect and contact flow configuration.
- Solid understanding of DynamoDB including schema design, indexing, and scaling strategies.
