Drives Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and product enablement activities to empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support. Possesses extensive experience working closely with customers and users to understand pain points, prioritize jobs to be done, and conduct user research. Capable of interpreting technical documentation and developer sites. Skilled in translating API technical documentation into clear product requirements. SAAS experience and knowledge in Benefit space Experience in Health, Retirement, Insurance products Bonus: Proficiency in Chinese.
