Specialized Technical Capabilities Required:

Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) on AWS EKS, RDS, ingress controllers, and TLS automation.
Proven track record defining SLOs/SLIs and building automation to reduce toil.
Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry collection and routing pipelines.

Scope of Services & Deliverables:

Deliver and maintain Terraform modules on AWS EKS and managed RDS instances.
Establish SLO/SLI tracking frameworks and automate error budget monitoring.
Architect and maintain OpenTelemetry capture pipeline feeding telemetry data.
