Associate Legal Counsel

As they continue to innovate and expand their impact, they're seeking a highly motivated and pragmatic Associate Legal Counsel to join their growing team. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, data licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. The candidate will provide practical and solutions-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders across various departments, including sales, business development, product, and operations. The Associate Legal Counsel will conduct legal research and provide guidance on a variety of legal and business issues relevant to Windfall's operations, focusing on contract law and data-related regulations.
