About the role:
- Own the offline growth channel including TV, podcast, and direct mail.
- Report to the VP of Growth and run the function independently.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years in performance/growth marketing with 4+ years owning offline channels.
- Experience scaling offline channels from test to meaningful budget.
- Strong measurement skills including geo holdouts and incrementality tests.
Compensation & benefits:
- Base salary range of $140,000–$160,000 plus bonus and equity.
