Qualifications:

8+ years in default servicing with direct ownership of bankruptcy and legal recovery processes.
Strong working knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and UCC Article 9 (replevin).
Experience managing attorneys and legal vendors with a focus on performance and efficiency.
