Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:

• Senior individual-contributor product role owning a core area of the supply chain orchestration product.
• Work with customers and cross-functional teams to find workflow breakages and deliver measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supply chain product strategy from discovery through adoption, making prioritization calls across customer and commercial needs.
• Define requirements for workflows spanning ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner systems, including APIs and EDI transactions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing to validate demand and drive adoption.

AI Fluency:

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases such as exception diagnosis, guided resolution, and workflow automation.
• Define evaluation criteria with engineering and measure task success, reliability, adoption, and business impact.
