Engineering Manager, Security Detection & Response

Role Overview:

• Manage a remote team focused on Security Detection & Response, detection engineering, and automation.
• Lead complex incident response and drive security observability improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own detection, investigation, and response processes including AI-assisted workflows.
• Drive Python-based tooling and CI/CD for security operations.
• Coach engineers and partner cross-functionally on security improvements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Security Detection & Response or Incident Response.
• 2+ years of people management in a remote environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern SIEM platforms.
