Key Responsibilities & Opportunity:
- Own the creative strategy engine for paid social channels, setting roadmaps and iterating to lower CPA.
- Lead creative testing by translating data into briefs and guiding internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with Design, Video, Copy, and Influencer teams to brief, review, and scale concepts.
Own Creative Reporting and Insights:
- Own weekly creative strategy reporting and partner with Paid Media to analyze results.
- Translate data into actionable insights, test priorities, and scale decisions.
- Drive broader strategic analysis to identify larger growth opportunities beyond weekly performance.
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a growth marketing manager or creative strategist in a performance environment.
- Are social-first with strong creative instincts, able to turn insights into innovative, on-trend ad concepts.
- Are an excellent creative partner who communicates clearly and can act as a coach on briefs.
- Are intellectually curious, data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven settings.
