About the Role:
- Lead the design and execution of clinical outcomes research to assess quality, safety, and effectiveness.
- Analyze large clinical and operational datasets using advanced statistical methods.
- Support research protocol development, IRB submissions, and regulatory compliance.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Doctoral-level degree in Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and clinical data management methodologies.
- Strong scientific writing and presentation skills for dissemination.
