About Outpost:

- Helps brands earn a trusted presence in communities that shape buyer decisions.
The Role:
- Own a client's presence on Reddit as their branded account voice.
- Understand the client deeply and join conversations using judgment and the platform.
- Work only with Outpost, with minimal meetings (1-2 hours per week).
What the Work Actually Looks Like:
- Community engagement: Prioritized thread queue, commenting and posting with approval.
- Community growth: Build and run client subreddits, keep them active and welcoming.
- Community intelligence: Flag trends and buyer sentiment for monthly reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep Reddit culture knowledge and marketing background.
- Enthusiasm for the brands you represent and genuine person-like writing.
- Agency experience and prior brand representation on Reddit are pluses.
