Role Overview:
- Lead a growing team of Community Specialists in EMEA.

- Develop and refine the international playbook for community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the iteration, innovation, and scaling of the community and moderator growth playbook.
- Inspire and empower regional teams to execute impactful programs that elevate local communities.
- Gather regional insights and learnings, and effectively report results to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in community management or marketing operations, including leadership.
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Deep understanding of Reddit's unique identity and the critical role communities play.
