What the work actually looks like:

  • Plan each client's program: tailor our playbook to each brand, including setting up accounts, participating in threads, and creating subreddits.
  • Lead the marketers: review drafts before anything goes live, make the call on tricky threads, and coach each marketer weekly.
  • Own the client relationship: run monthly calls, report on what was done and what's next, and act as account manager early on.

What we're looking for:

  • Deep understanding of Reddit culture: personal Reddit history, knowledge of subreddit rules, and ability to predict community reactions.
  • At least 3 years of professional Reddit experience, including managing or reviewing others' work.
  • Comfortable working fully disclosed, under real names, and hands-on rather than purely managerial.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary: $72K to $212K a year plus 0.25% to 0.5% equity.
  • Full-time, fully remote role in the US or Canada.
  • Work during North American business hours with clients and team.
