Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex database environments, and develop creative solutions to meet performance objectives.
- Develop technical standards, review environment compliance, and validate database architecture.
- Resolve highly complex problems, analyze internal customer needs, and participate in strategic planning.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience with DB2 and Cloudant administration, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in SQL, DDL, and logical database design; ability to create database scripts and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of DataStage administration and job scheduling.
