Co-lead and manage a complex transition and modernization initiative, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The mission is to establish a scalable, high-performance operating model enabled by AI, driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams. Define the project scope, roadmap, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead the transition and ramp-up plan, ensuring continuity, minimal disruption, and clear ownership transfer. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget, and communication flows. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies. Track project progress and performance against defined milestones and KPIs. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration. Support team members’ career growth through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
