Scrum Master (Fraud/Financial/ADO)

About the Role:

• This position is for a Scrum Master with experience in fraud, Azure DevOps, and finance to support a large financial enterprise client.
• The role involves working closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and lead delivery of capabilities by removing impediments and fostering a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader, helping the team embrace SAFe core values and apply Scrum practices.
• Ensure technology and service delivery roadmap support the solution strategy and are sustainable.
• Support the team's efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other delivery teams.

Qualifications:

• Significant project management experience and strong fundamentals in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization.
• Proficient in software development, system administration, and cloud applications like Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Agile principles.
