Principal Product Designer

Accountabilities:

• Establish and lead end-to-end product design processes
• Design and own UX for multiple SaaS products
• Create and scale the first design system across all products

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in product/UX design, including 3 years in senior roles
• Experience mentoring contractors or leading small design teams
• Expertise in workflow/enterprise SaaS design
