Job Description
As a Senior Data Scientist at Monzo, you will play a crucial role in helping to build the bank of the future. Your work will involve applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to understand how users interact with our products and how these insights can inform our product strategy.
You will guide and enable product teams to measure things that matter, initiate or help run A/B experiments to continuously improve our offerings. Collaborating with the finance team, you'll drive a unified understanding of the lifetime value of our users and how different product features impact user profitability. You will liaise with engineers to ensure the collection of the right data to produce relevant business insights.
