Lead QA Strategy:

-Cover microservices, APIs, and workflows.

-Focus on coverage rating to claims analytics.

-Ensure a rock-solid platform ready for rapid growth.

Build and Mentor a High-Performing QA Team:

-Specialize in automation, reliability, and scalability.

-Coach the team to peak performance.

-Manage quality standards for underwriting, claims, and data systems.

Oversee Testing and Quality:

-Implement functional, regression, performance, and data integrity testing.

-Manage defect triage, release validation, and post-release reviews.

-Collaborate with different teams to embed QA throughout the build process.
