Senior Full Stack Engineer

Frontend Development:

• Deep experience with React, modern component patterns, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and frontend–backend integration patterns.
• Focused on ensuring the application delivers a smooth, accessible experience for end users.

Backend Development:

• Strong expertise with Ruby on Rails including API design and background processing.
• Experience with service organization and database modeling.
• Comfort diagnosing complex issues across the stack and proposing scalable solutions.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and help identify technical improvements.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating in Agile delivery environments.
