Job Description
As a QA Nurse Reviewer, you’ll be the clinical guardian who pairs deep nursing expertise with cutting-edge automation. You’ll review AI's output of OASIS-E, ICD-10 coding, and plan-of-care documents, then turn those insights into product improvements and front-line education. Core responsibilities include auditing OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Spot recurring error patterns, annotate edge cases, and give feedback to improve the product. Deliver one-on-one feedback, webinars, and “lunch-and-learns” that up-skill clinicians on documentation best practices. Elevate customer teams and internal reviewers. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and customer-success teams to translate findings into feature requests and dashboards.
