SFIA Role Mapping and Platform Consultant

Spektrum have a wide range of exciting opportunities in several global locations. They are seeking a SFIA Role Mapping and Platform Consultant to support key client projects. The consultant's role will encompass providing SFIA Framework Consultancy to support NATO entities, analyzing NATO Enterprise Role Mappings to harmonize role variations, developing NATO SFIA Mapping Capabilities to map ICT roles, and conducting NATO Skills Gap Analysis to prioritize training needs. Additionally, the role includes implementing Secure Platform Setup using COTS architecture, integrating the SFIA Framework and Role Profiles for visualization, implementing an L&D Training Recommendation Database, and configuring Assessment and Analytics tools. The role also requires conducting Training and knowledge transfer and providing ongoing Support and Maintenance.
