Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and marketplace growth.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing and procurement to warehouse delivery and fulfillment.
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management:
- Analyze historical sales data, trends, and seasonality to forecast product demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Logistics & Fulfillment Management:
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, freight forwarding, and 3PL coordination for timely delivery.
- Monitor shipping costs, lead times, and proactively resolve shipment delays and inventory discrepancies.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, supervise, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational targets.
- Establish KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory availability with marketplace sales.
