Coordinate the credit policies team for Personal Loans. Responsibilities include developing the team, planning and prioritizing area projects, and aligning with partner areas such as modeling, business, and technology. The role requires an analytical approach to propose experiments and policies and interpret their results, focusing on optimizing results in the short, medium, and long term. The candidate will handle tradeoffs and propose decisions in different scenarios. The requirements include knowledge of Credit Policies, proficiency in SQL, analytical skills, and knowledge of experimentation and policy testing.
