Role Summary:
- The Telemedicine Provider delivers high-quality virtual medical care to residents in post-acute care settings.
- They collaborate with facility staff and clinical liaisons to ensure timely access to care and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual evaluations for acute and routine clinical concerns, including chronic disease management.
- Provide scheduled telemedicine coverage from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, responding to urgent requests.
- Maintain documentation and billing compliance while following telemedicine regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license with a minimum of 2 years post-acute care experience.
- Active licenses in multiple states or willingness to obtain multi-state licensure.
- Strong telemedicine and communication skills with ability to work independently remotely.
