Principal Performance & Kernel Engineer

You will design, deploy, and manage high-bandwidth, low-jitter, zero-packet-loss networking setups and own kernel bypass, SmartNIC offloads, RDMA, DPDK pipelines. Build battle-hardened telemetry (eBPF, perf, custom probes) to capture system metrics at nanosecond precision and hunt and kill latency regressions with no mercy. Partner directly with hardware vendors and firmware engineers to squeeze every cycle out of silicon and lead crisis-mode performance war rooms when stakes are highest.
