Director of FP&A

Own the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning process. Build and maintain financial models for P&L, cash flow and scenario planning. Partner with the CFO to prepare board, investor, and leadership reporting packages. Support Supply Chain leadership on demand and supply forecasts, capacity planning, and inventory strategy. Build models that connect sales forecasts to production, fulfillment, and working capital needs. Develop and maintain detailed COGS models across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment. Track landed costs and identify opportunities to optimize freight, ingredient, and packaging spend. Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes and build dashboards to track key financial and operational KPIs. The role may be remote, but must be willing to travel to Cleveland on a monthly basis.
