Senior Project Manager (Martech)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Project Manager (Martech), your role will involve establishing roadmaps, managing backlogs, and coordinating the work of Martech teams to help clients achieve their business goals. You will lead two or more project teams within the Client CRM and Data Programs. This role ensures seamless coordination and effective management of resources and budgets, delivering value to the Client, sending regular status reports and ensuring all work happens within the projects budget. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets and resource allocations, proactively identifying next work streams, and mitigating risks. You will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations. Moreover, you will leverage Martech platforms for insightful performance reporting. The role also involves driving Agile mindset and methodology within project teams, optimizing processes and workflows, and participating in sales discovery calls.
