About the Role:
- As a Lead Engineer in the Major Projects Group, you will shape the next generation of utility-scale energy infrastructure.
- You will work directly with Owners, permitting agencies, and internal teams to transform concepts into buildable projects.
- Your role spans renewable energy, BESS, gas generation, and data center power infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Lead early-stage engineering and site development for utility-scale projects.
- Develop conceptual engineering solutions and coordinate permitting efforts.
- Mentor technical staff and promote engineering best practices.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
- Six or more years of experience in utility-scale energy or industrial infrastructure projects.
- EIT or FE certification preferred.
