Your Impact:
- Perform hands-on commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and associated electrical infrastructure across Australia and APAC.
- Interpret electrical drawings and execute commissioning procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Your Mission:
- Support site commissioning activities including energization preparation, equipment checks, functional testing, and system integration testing.
- Work safely in accordance with Energy Vault policies, project HSEQ requirements, and local regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical, controls, communications, and equipment-level issues in collaboration with commissioning engineers and vendors.
Your Background:
- Current A-grade electrician license required.
- Significant hands-on electrical commissioning experience in power generation, renewable energy, BESS, substations, or industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and commissioning documentation.
