About Fluidstack:

  • We exist to make humanity more free by building AI compute infrastructure at massive scale.
  • We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software.

About the Role:

  • You will be Fluidstack's safety authority on the ground, embedded in active major construction projects in Texas.
  • You manage GCs and EPCs directly, own high-risk activity reviews, and protect Fluidstack's interests across complex environments.
  • This is not a compliance coordination role; you are in the field holding contractors accountable and giving leadership clear visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Own safety on the owner's side: review contractor safety plans, conduct inspections, stop work when needed, and manage safety interfaces across multi-contractor projects.
  • Lead high-risk activity reviews for energized electrical systems, lifts, confined space, excavations, and more.
  • Manage GC and EPC safety performance through pre-qualification, tracking, and escalation, and investigate incidents with formal root-cause analysis.

Benefits:

  • Competitive total compensation package including cash and equity.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus retirement or pension plan.
  • Generous PTO policy in line with local norms.
