Role Scope:
- Lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects, linking Real Estate, Design Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
- Run constructability reviews of electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs, focusing on high-density power and liquid cooling.
- Perform site evaluations, develop scope packages and RFPs, and manage GC pre-construction services.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading pre-construction for large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
- Proficiency in constructability reviews across electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil.
- Ability to run cost analysis from concept through GMP and manage GC negotiations.
