Subcontract Administration:
- Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, consulting agreements, teaming agreements, NDAs, and amendments.
- Manage subcontract execution from planning through closeout.
- Interpret and apply contractual terms, FAR/DFARS flow-downs, and prime contract requirements.
Vendor Evaluation and Due Diligence:
- Conduct subcontractor responsibility reviews including SAM registration verification, debarment checks.
- Perform financial and technical capability assessments, and analysis of mandatory flow-downs.
Compliance and CPSR Support:
- Identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to FAR Part 44, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement rules.
