Opportunity:
- Lead the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategy, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing creators, affiliates and UGC partners.
- Own and grow brand partnerships and collaborations, identifying opportunities to co-create campaigns, products, or moments.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, brand partnerships or collaborations.
- Experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with creators or influencers, UGC creators, and brand partners.
- Comfortable owning execution as well as planning long-term growth.
Location:
- We’re a fully remote team spread across North America.
- There may be opportunities for domestic or international travel for team get-togethers, special events.
