Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage Mergers & Acquisitions, partnerships, and minority investments
- Lead the post closing aspects of all of our M&A and partnerships
- Directly work with our partners and management teams of acquired companies
YOU WILL:
- Run the integration of all acquired companies and manage the ongoing relationships with our partners
- Help set and communicate the high-level strategy for integrating acquired companies
- Manage post deal earn outs, indemnity payments, and other post closing activities
YOU HAVE:
- Proven ownership of the entire integration process
- Ability to work and coordinate cross functionally
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with the executive team
