Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for SaaS technical integration and client support.
  • Collaborate with project managers to guide clients through implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Analyze, load, and process product catalog, sales, and returns data using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.

Core Duties and Expectations:

  • Respond to support requests through email, ticketing systems, or live chat, adhering to SLA guidelines.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and improve support processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor client health and performance dashboards, triage issues, and escalate critical problems when needed.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, or Technical Consultant.
  • Strong proficiency with ETL processes, relational databases, and scripting (Python, Shell, JavaScript).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive customer-facing experience.
