Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for SaaS technical integration and client support.
- Collaborate with project managers to guide clients through implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze, load, and process product catalog, sales, and returns data using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
Core Duties and Expectations:
- Respond to support requests through email, ticketing systems, or live chat, adhering to SLA guidelines.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve support processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor client health and performance dashboards, triage issues, and escalate critical problems when needed.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, or Technical Consultant.
- Strong proficiency with ETL processes, relational databases, and scripting (Python, Shell, JavaScript).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive customer-facing experience.
