Planning Enablement and Execution:
- Implement firm-wide financial planning workflows, templates, and processes
- Coordinate the rollout of new planning deliverables and tool features
- Support planning pilots and advisor testing groups; collect and organize feedback
Technology and Platform Support:
- Works closely with planning platform administrator to drive usage of financial planning tools
- Provides research and rationale for firm-level planning assumptions, settings, and integrations
Communication and Feedback Coordination:
- Manage the “Voice of the Advisor” feedback loop (surveys, interviews, etc.)
- Assist in drafting and publishing the Planning Roadmap and monthly updates
- Schedule and help facilitate the Planning Advisory Panel and pilot group meetings
