Performance Marketing Manager - Senior (SA)

ParcelHero is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive significant growth and optimize our marketing budget across paid digital channels for both our price comparison site and ParcelHero Pro. This hands-on role will lead our SEM and SEO strategy, oversee paid media campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative growth initiatives. The priority is to drive a higher volume of inbound leads and user acquisition that ultimately convert to customers and revenue for ParcelHero. The candidate will develop and execute a strategy including SEM, SEO and other paid media channels, continuously optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI, focusing on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for both B2C and B2B audiences. They will leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions across all performance marketing activities.
