Senior Platform Engineer II

Help design and scale the next generation of Boulevard’s developer ecosystem. You’ll build the core infrastructure that powers our products — from APIs and event-driven systems to cloud architecture — ensuring our platform runs reliably and efficiently at scale. Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs (GraphQL and REST) that power Boulevard’s ecosystem. Develop performant, fault-tolerant systems using caching, queuing, and asynchronous processing. Implement event-driven architectures with tools like Kafka and Redis MQ. Partner with infrastructure engineers to evolve cloud-native architecture and improve observability on AWS. Lead projects end-to-end — from ideation to deployment — ensuring technical quality, scalability, and timely delivery. Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the platform. Mentor and support other engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of learning. Demonstrate senior-level ownership in code quality, collaboration, and execution; influence through expertise and impact.
