What You Will Do:
- Develop and validate technical strategies that align with customer environments
- Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the sales cycle and deployment.
- Collaborate with customer success managers and account executives to support the customer experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in security engineering, detection engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows
- Proven problem-solving skills, with experience investigating missed alerts
