Job Description
Oversee and manage end-to-end creative production workflows across campaigns, and creative productions, such as digital assets and brand activations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with exceptional quality. Lead cross-functional campaign management, working with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Operations, etc.) to define deliverables, timelines, dependencies and build marketing briefs and reporting systems. Build, own, and maintain detailed work-back schedules, clearly outlining each phase of creative development from kickoff through final delivery. Facilitate and provide consultation on edit rounds, helping teams prioritize feedback, route revisions efficiently, and ensure the final output meets stakeholder expectations and brand standards. Manage and prioritize workloads across creative team members, allocating resources based on capacity, skillsets, and project timelines to maintain smooth workflow and balanced workloads. Own execution relationships with external vendors, contractors, and agencies, ensuring they are properly briefed, resourced, aligned to timelines, and delivering high-quality work.
