Allied Health Recruiter

This is a fully remote position with availability needed Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Earning income potential starts at $65,000 per year and is based on experience. The Allied Health Recruiter will meet with other Directors/Recruiting, Human Resource professionals, and Operations teams to build and maintain strong working relationships. Responsibilities include updating and monitoring the HPH website, working closely with rehab managers, and developing area-specific marketing and advertising strategies to achieve hiring goals. The role also involves managing campus recruiting events, conducting initial phone screens, maintaining ICIMS records, and providing assistance for critical openings outside your designated area.
