About the Role:
- We are hiring a Security Researcher to build the offensive side of our research, turning red team tradecraft into AI capability.
- You will own the loop from real attack techniques to autonomous agent behavior.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build red team agents, including the harness, tools, and MCP servers.
- Extend agents to full attack chains across Windows, Active Directory, cloud, and network.
- Build cyber ranges and benchmarks to verify agent improvements against real defenses.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in offensive security, red team operations, or adversary emulation.
- Hands-on operator with full-chain experience and detection-evasion skills.
- Builder who writes code, e.g., Python, to turn manual tradecraft into repeatable capabilities.
