Mandatory and Preferred Skills:

5+ years of professional experience with C#, SQL, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Highly preferred qualifications include experience modernizing Web Forms, strong MS SQL Server knowledge, familiarity with AWS, exposure to GraphQL, and understanding of AI-assisted development tools.

Engineering and Cultural Fit:

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills are required, along with experience in unit testing and a shift-left development environment.
